昨日、あんちゃんはカスピ海ヨーグルトで花粉症を克服したと書きました。

これは本当の話です。

早速、時期的なことだと思いますが、”花粉症 ヨーグルト”をキーワードに
あんちゃんちを訪れてきた方々がたくさんいました。

あんちゃんも同様に検索してみると、
以前、「あるある大辞典」などでも取り上げられていたようですね。

上位の記事も２～3年前のものが多いのですが、

あんちゃんは4年前から台湾で生活しています。
「あるある大辞典」で取り上げられていたことなど知りません。

実体験を元に効果があったことをお伝えしました。

あんちゃんは10歳のころから花粉症で、
それから約25年ほど花粉症と付き合ってきました。

最初は目のかゆみだけでしたが、
年齢を重ねるごとにくしゃみや鼻水にも悩まされるようになりました。

本当に辛かったです。

そんな時たまたまカスピ海ヨーグルトが手に入り、
普通においしかったので自分で培養し食べ続けたところ、

花粉症に悩まされることがなくなったんです、当然その時効能など知りません。

昨日も書きましたが十人十色で人それぞれ体質も違いますから、
一概に全ての人にこの効果が当てはまるとは思っていません。

ただ食べ続けることによって体(健康)に害を及ぼすものではないので
興味を持ってこの記事を読んでくれているあなたにお薦めしています。

あんちゃんの住むここ台湾には(杉)花粉症はないので
花粉症に悩んでいる(日本)人はいないと思いますが、
