「偽りの成功は偽りの満足しか得られない」

あんちゃんです。

先週久々の技術系ネタに続き

今日は久々の健康ネタです(話題はちょっとローカルですが)

徐々に日中の気温が高くなってきた台北、夜は涼しく寒暖の差が大きい日々が続いて

あんちゃんも久々に風邪を引きましたが、

日中気温が高い分、室内の温度が比較的高くなってきて

トレーニング中、少し汗ばむことが多くなってきたので

先週からこれも久々ですが

ヒンズースクワット

を再開しました。

あんちゃんは有酸素運動の中でも特にこのトレーニングが大好きで

正しい姿勢と呼吸で行えば

下半身だけでなく腹筋も鍛えられます。

これによるメリット、特に女性にとっていいことは

１．お腹、特に下腹部がへこみ、さらにくびれができてくる

２．太ももが引き締まり、ヒップアップにつながる

３．ちょっと工夫するだけでふくらはぎが締まり足首が細くなる

などヒンズースクワットは美容効果が高いです。

まあもともとヨガの一つなので当たり前かもしれませんが。

折りを見て詳しくご紹介します。

今日のメインです(ローカルネタです)。

台北市内に住む方からお便りをもらいました。

「エビオス探しているが台北で見つからないので何処で買えるか教えてほしい」とのこと。

あんちゃんが知っている限りのことをお伝えします。

事実、あんちゃんも台北市内でエビオスを見たことはほとんどありません。

たぶん、見落としていたのかもしれませんが

日本のマツキヨ的な店「屈臣氏(Wastons)」でも見たことはありません。

市内で販売しているお店で唯一記憶しているのは

丁丁藥局

という台湾全土に展開しているチェーン店です。このお店にはあるはずです。

ちなみにあんちゃんが住む街には

一安藥局

というチェーン店がありいつもここでエビオスを購入しています。

しかしこの店は台北市内にはありません。

また以前ご紹介した

「エビオスエース」

は一安藥局でも1店舗にしかありません、そのためエビオスエースを買う時は

家の近くにある一安藥局ではなくちょっとちょっと離れた一安藥局に行かなければなりません(まあたいした距離ではないので苦にはなりませんが)。

あと自分も気をつけなければと思うことですが、ここは台湾です。だから

「エビオス」ではなく「愛表斯錠」、「エビオスエース」ではなく「愛表斯盦士」

と中国語で表記されているので見落とさずに探してください。

＃日本でも「エビオスエース」売ってますか？検索してもなかなかヒットしないんですが。
