最近、あまりよくない。

悪い習慣、ネガティブな思考、ネガティブなイメージ

自分を振り返って悪いセルフイメージを一新し、周り
がハッピーになるようなセルフイメージを作り上げな
ければ・・・。

そう簡単には自分を変えれないことはわかっている。

でも変える為の行動を起こさなければだめだ。

痛みから逃げてはいけない。

逃げちゃいけないんだ。

自分を変えようと決めた今、逃げちゃいけないんだ。

生みの苦しみ、痛みから逃げちゃいけないんだ。

どんなことがあろうとも。

Man, continue the good job: I've never ever looked at a web site as excellent as your own. However, I've a bug with my web browser: when I view your Internet site, at times, every thing gets screwed up. Often, the bug fades away when I refresh the page. Just what is the problem?
